How about a series of interviews with modern visitors?

What questions would an architect or a circus performer have for OmmiHafna?

What would she want to know about their lives?

The OTS Foundation for Neolithic Studies (www.OTSF.org) is applying 30 years of working with educators, archaeologists, anthropologists, art historians, architects, engineers and more specialists to fill a gap in the understanding of human development. We have just outfitted a studio/set in Myakka City, FL for the purpose of producing educational outreach about prehistory, the oldest buildings on earth and the launch of civilization. We know from long experience that effectively representing a pivotal time before anything in history had happened requires an inventive approach to education.  Why? Because the people who changed the earth forever did not think as we think; aspects of this scenario are as abstract as a Neolithic artifact.

STONE AGE MAGAZINE is specifically about how we came to be who we are in the world today. With mutual respect and an edge of weirdness, barriers of time and language are suspended as cultural traditions, philosophies and lifestyles from either side of what we call "civilization" are explored in a prehistoric setting.  Short illustrated stories and live-action interviews with modern specialists allow us to explore complex concepts.  We wed science with informed instinct in a format that lets us drift into a fanciful eccentricity that holds a kid’s attention in a world of Hollywood special effects, super-heroes and ever-accelerating high-tech.

Expanding the content of our basic presentation, we have outlined a compelling and thought-provoking series on a subject that has been under America's educational radar.  There are valuable messages to be relearned from the tremendous achievements of people who had no money – only each other, their brains, time and determination.  OTSF is now in pursuit of collaborative assistance to develop the material for an outcome of the best possible quality.

OTSF is a United States of America not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) educational foundation.   Contact:  stoneagemagazine1@aol.com
